How Do I Qualify Qualifying for us to list your property in this program is simple. Simply sign up for us to list your home and agree to offer 3% commission to the buyers agent. We require a minimum of 60 days to find your buyer, after which we can agree to extend or terminate the listing agreement easy breezy.
