How Do I Qualify
We make qualifying for this listing package simple. Sign up for us to list your home and sign the buyers agency agreement as well if you are hiring us to represent you on your next home, taking advantage of the lower listing fee. We do require that you offer the buyers agent a commission of 3% (this is in order to be competitive in the MLS, and likely you’re savvy enough and you already are).
You May Also Qualify For Cash Back On Your Purchase
** Must sign buyer agent agreement at the same time as listing agreement ** Minimum purchase price of home $200,000 ** Home purchased must be offering 3% commission to buyers agent (us) ** Not all will qualify for cash back at closing, and some loans prohibit outside contribution to borrowers.

What happens if you find the buyer yourself?
1. If you happen to find the buyer yourself and you are under the $2000 listing package, not buying or building a home with us, we reduce the fee to $1000 and still handle the complete deal for you and your purchaser (by law in this case the purchaser can’t have a Realtor).
2. If your find the purchaser and you are under the $1000 listing package, moving forward with us buying or building your next home, same things applies… we obviously want you to have the smoothest transaction possible so we handle the complete deal for you and the buyer at $1000.
The onus is own us, if we’re not doing our job fire us. Of course we don’t want that but you should never be in a situation where your home is tied up with a Realtor that isn’t going all in for you.
There is no pressure or obligation, in order to get the most from the sell of your home but it takes careful calculations, strategies and professionalism.
