Not Buying or Building Another Home

We understand that not everyone that is selling a home is also buying or building another; maybe you already have your next home or the home you’re selling isn’t your primary. In this case we charge a flat fee of $2000 and we treat your home as we do our buyers homes.

I Always Get This Question…  What if we find our own buyer?

Great question right…
If you happen to find a buyer on your own and they do not have a realtor representing them, you’ll not have to pay a buyer’s agent commission and I still represent you in all things. I will also continue to take care of all the logistics that’s associated with your transaction for both you and them (if permitted). If the person does have a realtor you’re still obligated to paying the buyer’s agent. Most agencies collect both commissions regardless if the person is represented or not. I do not.

If the home you purchase is $300,000 or more, and the seller is offering a 3% commission to the buyers agent (us). I will rebate you $1000 back as a thank you for choosing us and allowing us to grow our business with you, essentially making your listing with us free.
